How do I watch virtually? - Register for your virtual ticket here and create your account on Brella, our virtual event platform built for networking. On the day of the event, head to the event page on Brella and navigate to the ‘Stream’ tab on the left-hand side to view the live streams.
How can I network with other attendees? - Live chats in Brella allow you as an attendee to communicate with other attendees, speakers, sponsors, or the event organiser.
During events on Brella, you can find live chats in the Schedule sessions, Stream tab, or virtual booths. The live chats are always located on the right side of the screen.
When creating a profile for Brella, you are prompted to select your interests. With Brella’s built-in AI matchmaking, attendees will be suggested to you for networking based on your shared interests.

How do I set up a Brella profile? - You will be sent an email after registration with a link.
How can I ask the speaker questions? - When the event is ongoing, you will be able to use the live chat function, Slido, to submit your question directly to the stage host. You will find the live chat to the right of the Stream, allowing you to watch and submit questions simultaneously.
How do I set up a Virtual Meeting through Brella? - Virtual meetings can be scheduled before and during the event through Brella. The only requirement to have meetings at the event is to set up your networking availability.
- Then, you can attend meetings in two ways depending on the event type you are attending (in-person or virtual).
- Once logged into Brella you need to suggest, accept or decline a meeting.

How do you view the Agenda in Brella? - You can view our interactive agenda once signed up.
How do you move your Agenda into a Personal Calendar, such as Google - To synchronise your Schedule, you need to bookmark sessions and go to the Brella App (next.brella.io), go to the Agenda page, then scroll down and click on Calendar sync at the bottom of the right side menu. How to Suggest & Respond to Meeting Requests - To send a meeting request, Go to the event homepage on Brella and navigate to the Networking/People's page.
- Click on a person's profile, and check their networking availability from the right-side panel of your Schedule.
- Select a time that suits you both
- Introduce yourself and click Suggest Meeting

How to View Videos After the Event - All sessions will be uploaded to the Sustainability Magazines website, you can find these here.
However, if you managed to set up a Brella account prior to the event starting, you can view all on-demand sessions via Brella.
- Navigate to Brella's platform in your initial confirmation email.
- Select the agenda tab.
- Choose the session you wish to watch.
- Click on "View more," and the session will appear.
How to Log Back in Once Registered? - Click on the link in your initial registration email.
How do I View a Stream? - To view a live stream, register for a virtual ticket to the event and create your Brella profile. You can then view the live stream during the event time by using the ‘Stream’ tab on the left-hand side.
Does the venue include wifi? - Yes, this information will be on your lanyard.

What to do when you get there? - Follow signage to the reception where you will have your QR code scanned (which will be provided via email upon your confirmation) and given an attendee badge to wear throughout the event. To reduce paper waste we would prefer you to bring back your day 1 badge for day 2.
Can I reserve a space for a session? - No, we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.
Can I reserve a space in a Workshop? - No, these come on a first come first basis, as these are very popular we do recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment. Please be aware some are invite only.
Is food and drink available? - During the event, free tea, coffee & water will be provided - Lunch will be available to purchase from vendors at the event. (Networking drinks will be provided at the end of the day). Vegan & Vegetarian options are available, if you have any specific dietary requirements then let the on-site team know.
Who do I go to if I need any help or assistance throughout the day? - You will find a staff member at the Sustainability LIVE exhibitor stand.
Can I Recycle My Badge? - You can drop your badge off at the collection box next to reception.
How can I view sessions after the event? You need to sign up for a virtual ticket to access all sessions on-demand for up to three weeks after the event.
